I was commissioned to arrange a dinner to celebrate the 60 years of a next family member. as the quality restaurants leave you where you can enjoy the product with little transformation that I thought of the Casals and I got it. We chose the menu “La Terra” with 3 entries, 7 dishes and 2 desserts. as a large group put us in a separate room of the gastronomic dining room and it was a proper decision. you give privacy and you don't bother the other guests. I don't really know how to describe it, except it was absolutely incredible! how often did they serve a Michelin starter chef for dinner and breakfast! we also pampered in the tasting menu and that was actually an experience of a life. eat, the intrictity of all those wein pairs. beautiful warm hospitality and personalized service at any time. they leave with really amazing memories and promise to themselves that they will soon be back!
