Okay, I need to talk about this restaurant we've ordered from there about Uber Eat and never had a bad experience with them. We went to the restaurant to eat there for the birthday of a relative, we came to one in the afternoon and everything was good. There was a small music, not many people since the order, the orders lasted long, it's like every so often we had to call the waiter to see if he had forgotten the drink or the food because they took longer than expected. From a moment on, they switched off the music, the atmosphere felt a bit tense. When we ordered the food, everything was wrong. I ordered a Sangria and it tasted only alcohol, that is, it didn't taste like Sangria, I ordered...
Food is great. But they really need someone designated only for answering phone calls. We called for over an hour to place an order. I eventually gave up and just went in and ordered. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes. While waiting, the phone wasringing non stop. No one answered for a good 15 minutes. Other than that, evrerything else was great. Also, just make sure tocheck your order before leaving. Once I got back home, everything that was ordered, was not there.

Always delicious food at Elsa! We've been coming here on and off for over 10 years. Hubby is Dominican so we had to find a Dominican restaurant when we moved to Hackensack. Many others have come in gone in these years but we are always able to come back to Elsa. There's outdoor dining and indoor dining. They now have a full bar. Definitely get some Chicharron or Mofongo!

Customer service was terrible, and food wasn't as I was expected. I ordered chicharon with batata frita, and a flan, the food was to dry and flan was really hard not as smooth as a flan should be. The only thing I enjoyed was the Tamarindo juice cause even the water they gave me had a nasty taste. Would never return nor would I recommended.
It's not my pro kitchen, but I know what tastes good. Place was good, but I didn't find it especially like some other places I ate. Wouldn't be my first or last choice if I wanted to fix a Spanish food. Many parking lots were clean and service was nice.
Great food, it was late on a Monday and pretty slow which was perfect for me and my friend because we wanted to eat and chat laugh and not have to speak loudly to each other. Service was great!!
In my area this is the only Dominican restaurant the food is decent just a little too salty on the Chicharron, but the rest of pechuga a la plancha and the beans where good

First time visit. Pleasant dining atmosphere with great background music. The service was fast, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious.
Amazing restaurant I take my wife to eat in New Jersey and we loved place service plates all topnotch
