Ely Turkish - Tisch resevieren

Having looked at the menu on their website online I ordered a Chef's Special for two costing £27.95 over the phone to collect. When collecting it they said it was £29.95 as they had put the prices up, despite me pointing out the website price they would not honour it at all. It was only the next day did the website prices go up. The staff I dealt with were surly and rude as well, which I had not experienced before in many visits there. With the apparent downturn in customer service and not honouring published prices a return visit will not be happening. Before this I had recommended a visit to all, not now.

I've visited the Ely Turkish Restaruant with a group of friends and I liked that the menu was very accessible, it was good to be able to try food that isn't normally available in England and we were given a table that was very well decorated. The prices weren't bad at all and I'd love to visit next time with my partner. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Great variety of menu items and they're all delicious! May be a bit expensive compared to other places, but it's definitely worth the price! The service is excellent, and the shop itself is nice and much bigger than what it looks from the outside. Definitely worth a visit, and I promise you won't regret it! Food was delicious and huge portions, very well priced. Flavours and food was really impressive, will definitely go back. Service was great. On the negative side, the temperature was all over the place. Needed some music to drown out the conversations. Visited with family including our 7 month old. I was a bit stressed about bringing a baby but the staff were amazing, a lovely baby friendly atmosphere. Amazing food as ever, service was excellent. Totally recommend! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great Turkish, the tastiest chicken kebab I've had. Shame the restaurant lacked a bit of atmosphere, in and out very quickly and the door opening make the place freezing could do with an inner door or something Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
