Received at 10:00, cold and error in order! 8€ delivery, total order 40€ After seeing the opinions and comments I'm not the only one who finds it HONTEUX! And of course no commercial gesture on your part I suppose...? INADMISSIBLE, HONTEUX! You're gonna lose a lot of customers if you continue like that! Good continuation is over for us!
Commanded at 7 p.m. for an posted time of 50 minutes and at 11 p.m. we are still waiting for the order! After several calls we are told that the deliveryman has gone that we have to wait and that they can't do anything else. 5€ of shipping costs for not even 5km of road we expect a minimum of punctuality and professionalism! It's scandalous.
3 orders made and 3 times an error. Calling to prevent mistakes, we'll call you back because there's a world. Very disappointed.
