This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. Half of our order was incorrect and items were missing. The quality of the food was cheap and lacked any taste. When we called to complain, we were told that this was the standard of food they considered acceptable. We warned them that we would be sharing our experience on all platforms to alert potential customers, and they simply brushed it off, claiming to be a large organization. They also mentioned that all future orders from us would be lost. The food was disgusting and the customer service was even worse. This kind of attitude has no place in business and this restaurant should be closed down.
AVOID!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!! My and my boyfriend ordered from here this morning through Just Eat for basic, bland food you could make yourself and then we found a HUMAN FINGERNAIL in one of our sandwiches, turning out stomachs. Contacted the shop and the person on the phone was very nervous and panicking, trying to come up with excuses. Just eat have been contacted with photographic evidence being passed on to food trading standards. Vile!!!
Their website advertises free delivery and phone ordering. However, when I attempted to place an order, I was directed to use Just Eat. Unfortunately, the prices on Just Eat are at least 50p more per item, in addition to a £2.50 delivery fee and an order fee. Furthermore, I was unable to request any modifications to my dish. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service has left me feeling disappointed. I will not be giving them another chance.
Stale bread, broken eggs, overcooked bacon and sausage and I'm sure the brown sauce bottle was just waved over the top of the sandwich. A full breakfast in a tray was just sausage, bacon and a fried egg. Beans in a little tub and 3 slices of toast. For the money they charge, this is absolutely disgusting. We will never order from there again, we'd rather go hungry that order from here again.

I can honestly say the breakfast have been amazing since I started getting deliveries to work every Friday for the past 8 weeks or more. 6+ people have constantly said how lovely the food is. Glad you have been open through COVID as its been the best find for my colleagues and I. If i lived local I would order from here more often. 5*
I called the cafe to place an order and was informed that I had to order through Just Eat. The menu at the cafe indicated reasonable prices, but upon ordering through Just Eat, I found the food to be overpriced, with an additional £5.50 charge. Additionally, there was a £2.50 delivery fee. The food arrived 25 minutes late.
Slightly better than average cafe food but pricy with delivery on Just Eat. When the breakfast food arrived, which was on time, it was cold. There are simple procedures which could prevent this and the cold food puts me off ordering again.
Ordered via just eat, order was wrong. Won’t pick up the phone to discuss replacement. Don’t mind the cafe but would appreciate if they picked up the phone.

First in at 8am. Patient, prompt, friendly service. Good food, well prepared. Eating area needs a bit of a clear up, maybe refurbishment going on?
