We went there on the advice of the hotel across the street. and we were not disappointed even very satisfied. Snails are good. The foie gras risotto still makes my wife happy again. The baekoff is good. The wine is necessarily good in being located in the heart of the vineyard. We'll go back with pleasure.

The kitchen is always excellent but we were disappointed by the length and lack of professionalism of the service. There seems to be a problem of organizing in the room and lack of flow in the kitchen.
The restaurant offers an excellent price quality relationship. Best as far as we're concerned in itterswiller. Besides, the wine card is super as well as regional specialties.
