This was my FIRST time here and I LOOOOOOVED IT! I highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back. My cousin and I were craving Italian and it just so happens that she remembered coming here when she was in the 7th grade (she was about 12/13) and we are 26 now. So that was 10+ years ago but she remembered Emmy’s spaghetti. When we arrived we received a warm welcome greeting. I expressed to our server and she asked if we had any questions about the menu and I was like no everything looks delicious. The atmosphere is cool and perfect for a first date. However, I felt a bit ignored by the front door maitre D as they made me wait for 5 minutes without acknowledging me. Even though I signed up for a table over an hour before closing, they never called my name. The meatball sandwich was filling and delicious, with a variety of flavors packed into each bite. The restaurant can get busy during dinner hours, so it's best to make a reservation or arrive just before closing to secure a table. The dimly lit and romantic ambiance, along with music that is just loud enough to have a conversation without overhearing others, creates a cozy dining experience.
Emmy's is a Mission/Bernal classic. Heaping piles of noodles and seasonal changes to the menu keep us coming back. A punk rock vibe permeates this local spaghetti shack and the shrine to Dolly Parton let's you know you're right at home. Come for the spaghetti and meatballs, but don't forget to order the cheesy garlic bread and come back to sample their other pasta dishes.
Emmy’s is a down to earth place to eat some great Italian food for some great prices! We had different appetizers and main courses and they were all amazing! We didn’t try dessert because we were full! The service was good, fast and friendly! We ate outside which is great when the weather allows but the inside looks to have a great ambiance as well!

The hostess at this restaurant was unfriendly. She was unprepared to open and kept us waiting outside in the cold and rain because she had not properly set up the entrance. When we asked if we could come in after opening time, she was dismissive. However, the food was delicious and of good quality, despite being a little expensive.
This restaurant always provides the best experience! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The food is consistently delicious and never fails to impress. They currently have a great bar program with fantastic cocktails. I visit at least once a week because I love it so much!
Had Fettuccine and Rasta pasta… is was good. But something about getting over charged- mentioning it and then it not getting fixed.. dismissed it. I guess she wanted a 6 dollar tip versus the 20%?
great spot! I will not repeat what others are concentrated because I fully agree that eating is delicious and the portions are perfect. with a group.

We ate too fast to get pictures of the food! They were all delicious: garlic bread, meatballs, linguine and orecchiette. We will be coming back!
