I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager, Miguel, was incredibly disrespectful. The ordering kiosk didn’t provide any information about needing to order before sitting down, and when I brought this up, he spoke to me in a condescending manner and refused to apologize. If dining in is such a strict policy, there should have been clear options presented to us. As shown in the picture, there is no indication that orders must be placed at the counter for dining in. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The staff is unkind and disrespectful, and there are many other local businesses that deserve your support.
Let's be honest: if you're looking for a quick and tasty meal or a refreshing cocktail, you won't be let down here! While the ambiance and decor aren't the most elegant, this place shines when it comes to affordable and delicious food. I highly recommend trying the classic empanadas, which come in some surprising flavors like Bombay chicken and barbecue-glazed chicken, as well as the more traditional options like Toro (beef). The empanadas are incredibly tasty, and the sauces—especially the salsa verde—are fantastic. If you're in Hell's Kitchen and need a quick bite, this is the spot to visit!
Fantastic drinks and delicious food! We ordered empanadas (Spinach and Cheese, Portobello, Pizza, and Eggplant Parmigiana) along with a side of rice and beans. My husband enjoyed the Qcumberry, a refreshing cocktail, while I had the mixed fruit juice (passion fruit, mango, and cranberry), which was perfect. However, we did feel that our seating could have been better; we requested a table away from the restroom at least three times. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere of this place and will definitely return for the food (and hopefully a better seat next time!).
Great food, especially considering the price. We visited during brunch hours and ordered the oxtail soup along with a few breakfast dishes. We had no issues with either the food or the service; our server was friendly and accommodating. We also tried their seafood empanada, which reminded us of a crab Rangoon. Stopped in to see if the empanadas lived up to the hype. Up until today the best empanada I've ever eaten was from a food truck in San Juan Puerto Rico. This is another level of quality. I had the El Toro and Jerk chicken and cheese. The El toro was oxtail and impressive. Next time I'm in NYC, I'll be returning. The menu is vast and can't wait to try something different.
We came in after 12 am and it was packed! It seems to be a very popular place. The empanadas are very filling and two is sufficient with a side for a meal. The burgers are great as well. The side of plantain chips and guacamole is amazing. Theprices are affordable and the staff are great! Would fully recommend for late night meal and celebrations.
I will definitely be returning! I stopped by for a quick snack during a mid-morning conference, and it was delicious! I had a corn empanada filled with traditional beef—perfect for eating on the go! It was flavorful, crispy, and just the right temperature. I also loved the vibrant and lively atmosphere of the restaurant!

The empanadas were the best I've ever tasted! The food was absolutely delicious! The service was fantastic too; our waitstaff was friendly and very helpful. The only downside was that the restaurant was quite noisy. Food: 5/5
