Remember how excited I was to try Emperor's Kitchen in Cannington after loving their Leeming location? Turns out, excitement quickly curdled into disappointment. Maybe it was a post-Covid hiccup, but this place felt like a pale shadow of its dim sum greatness. First, the menu. It was like someone shrank it in the wash! Half the size, half the fun. We arrived this morning when the restaurant was still empty, so it was easy to get a table. The service was friendly and straightforward. All the dim sum we ordered was absolutely delicious!
