Our waitress Storm, was very attentive to our dining needs. We did not need reservations and was waited on immediately, upon arrival on New Year’s Eve. The food was served hot and she made sure our tea and coffee glass/cup was refilled without us asking her. The food was seasoned well and tasty, especially the vegetables and soup. The French fries was fried well done, or crispy. My husband and friend enjoyed dining at the Empire Diner and will go back to dine there again without reservation. After my husband and sit at our table it took awhile for our waiter to serve us , my order the crab soup which was extremely salty l order the crab Benedict unlike the Springfield diner which they give you a lot of crabmeat New Empire diner was fill with more stuffing than crabmeat horrible small portion of potatoes. It's so sad when people work so hard for their money and get treated like this. Service: Dine in

Really nice diner. Under new ownership and they are trying to bring prices down while maintaining quality... the food and especially the baked goods are amazing. They also have great wait staff. Our two favorites are Jane and Tehron. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast
