For several weeks we tried to book online, but it was always complete. We resort to the waiting list and we resort (I guess at all, but we had to try) to phone emotional blackmail. At last, when we traveled to adventure from extreme duration, they called us to warn us of an annulment. Otherwise, the passes, the service, the environment... all above the expectations, which were many. beyond the food and attention, which were perfect, for us was a special day. thank you.
I didn't know muchabout this restaurant, but had high hopes as it's Michelin-starrred. And rightly so! The food tasted sublime, complex, clean, delicious all round! We had the accompanying drinks, and they were also fabulous. When we're back in Salamanca, we will return!
