Where do I start. We came with friends who are with CLC holiday shares. Villa not to bad inside. Welcome pack consisted of a bottle of wine and a few other bits no tea, coffe, sugar etc. what you could do with after a very long day and flight, so I am glad I packed it all just in case. There were no extra sheets, blanket, pillows, bucket, mop, toilet brush, towels. We ask at reception but answer was no. My friend was told we had accommodation with swimming pool. Nope, we had a hot tub what run at 105 Fahrenheit. No chance of cooling down just your shower. We ask if they can turn it down but the answer was it can’t be turned down….. totally rubbish. Also, the outside netting was ripped off……....

We also own Wyndham and there is NO comparison. European owned and checkin girl, Amber had no customer service skills and didn’t have answers and basically unhelpful. Unit sleeps 8, not enough towels or pillows for 8. No extra pillows and sparse starter supplies. Sleeps 8 and living room consists of 1, 3 Person sofa? Was told “owners” must not have wanted more!?!? When we started coming 9 years ago there was more furniture. Hot tub on patio would be nice “if” it worked when ready to use it. They fixed it but wow! Dirty dishes had to be washed. Very limited kitchen supplies. No mixing bowls? I made cole slaw in a pot! No measuring cup or spoons. One kitchen towel? ??‍ Called and got a few mor...

This resort is not consistent with photos on the internet. The townhouse I rented 3138 was musty. The rugs were dirty. The greenery was dead and unkempt. The private pool was not clean and weeds on pavers. Interior decor was eclectic and crowded. Couch was very used. The entry area door was dirty and concrete steps unkempt.Rooms: Room furnishings were poor. Dresser drawers with loose handles. Scratched surfaces and water damaged night table. Other rooms had poor decor. Eclectic style with tons of shelves dotting walls that did not match. Beds had no headboards or pretty coverlets. Decorative pillows were not matched.Dust behind wall mounted TV. Just horrible. Shag rugs too.

As it's a timeshare/rental I guess your experience can vary. We got lucky with ours I guess, nice clean place reasonably priced. Met the owners as well who were lovely. Didn't really use the amenities too much apart from the pool, but any staff we met were lovely.

A lovely quiet resort around 20 minutes drive from WDW.
