Held a birthday party for 12 kids here.Food was good. Server was super efficient friendly.Sadly we will NOT be organizing another party there because:A. The rewards redemption section was understaffed. So the kids waited around ~20min to redeem their prizes.B. They booted us out of the birthday area despite it being completely empty.When asked the first manager said it was due to covid policies. Hmmm….When we spoke to another manager, he said it was to make sure other customers had their space and privacy which definitely made more sense.Anyhows, it is a juggle corralling the kids (who did have a good time), making sure they got their prizes so they weren’t upset and keeping track of the kid...
What I 'm about to say is harsh but my honest opinion. This place doesn 't seem to have changed much since ten years ago, and the changes that have been made don 't seem to have been for the better. It 's still fun to go hang out there for a day if you 're ateen, I guess, but if you 're an adult trying to find a good place for your kid 's birthday party, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. When wewere there, many of the staff seemed disengaged and the whole place smelled like marijuana THE ENTIRE TIME. Go-carts were fun,laser tag was fun, the rides and games were fun, but overall the whole thing felt like a drug front. Idk why but that 's the vibeit gave me. I took my 10-year-old to this place on a Saturday night and found it to be a pleasant experience. The venue wasn't crowded, and we didn't have to wait for any of the rides. The facilities were clean, but I did notice that they could benefit from offering a wider variety of games. Most of the games are aimed at winning tickets or prizes, which is fine, but they only have a small section for basketball and hockey games. It would be great to see more options that don't involve ticket-based play. On the bright side, the go-karts, mini-golf, and laser tag are absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend purchasing an all-day fun pass during a holiday weekend, especially if you're bringing older kids...
I've visited this place twice with my son. I have to say, the prices are quite high for the limited time you get on each ride (like bumper cars and go-karts), and you can't share cards for the rides. However, my son enjoys it, so I'm willing to go for him. He really loves it here. As for me, it's not quite my scene. Many of the machines were out of order, yet I was still able to pay with my enchanted castle card. The number of tickets required to win a prize is absurd.

We had such a great time here for my husband's birthday. There are so many activities you can do. (mini golf, mini bowling, arcade games, bumper cars, etc). I thought it was fairly priced, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. I don't think a single thing was broken. The bathroom however had many ceiling tiles displaced, had flickering lights and a strong smell of bleach. It was one of the most off putting public restrooms I've experienced.
This place is honest fun for everyone. They have go karts in the back, indoor mini golf, Lazer tag, plus the mini bowling out front! Their prizes are much better than any Chucky Cheese or Dave and Busters, and the games are wonderful. It was clean, verykind, and I would highly reccomend for younger children. They will have an absolute blast.
Went tonight with family friends my first time there. It was absolutely amazing!! Jeff the security guard went above and beyond he was really nice and kind!!!! Which is extremely rare these days!!! Highly recommend and thank you again Jeff U Are Awesome!!!!!
It's a lively spot, but I couldn't help but notice the staff member overseeing the jungle gym was shadowboxing a pole while sporting sunglasses. I could tell he was a lackluster left-handed fighter. I'm not sure how he’s going to ensure my child’s safety.

I've been visiting this restaurant since I was a child, and now I bring my two kids here with me. I truly love this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the consistency over the years has been impressive.
