We first met with Encore more than 2 years ago. Because of COVID we had to reschedule our daughter’s wedding twice. This weekend we held the wedding and our guests raved about the quality and presentation of our food. Encore had a challenge. Our food was made in their kitchen and prepped and heated on site. Despite this situation, the food was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. We had several “foodies” at the wedding and they were very impressed. I visited High Time yesterday, which was managed by Encore. I must say, I have never tasted such delicious hors d'oeuvres and desserts! The waiting staff were phenomenal, serving a variety of culinary delights to each table, always with a smile. They were attentive and quick to clear away plates, napkins, glasses, and more. I can't wait to recommend their services to anyone I know who needs an exceptional caterer!
From the appetizers to dessert the food was absolutely delicious! The staff was courteous and friendly and did a beautiful job designing the platters and buffet stations.
