I just stopped by to grab an Açaí bowl and was disappointed by the experience. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted, and the staff seemed quite miserable. The cashier with blonde hair had a really unpleasant attitude; she seemed annoyed while taking my order and didn't smile at all—overall, she was unfriendly. Instead of being attentive, she was on her phone while her coworker prepared drinks. When she finally got up to make my Açaí bowl, I asked if she was just starting it, and she responded, "Yeah, I had to wait for the smoothies to be done," while shaking her head and rolling her eyes.
If I could give this spot a zero I would . I ordered 2 BBQ Avocado plates and a goat cheese and avocado salad. When the food was delivered , the avocado on both plates was no good . I called to complain and was given a store credit only for the avocado . I opened up my salad and there was a fly in the bowl . I call back again and spoke to Ashley . She was extremely rude . As I?m explaining to her what was wrong with my order she puts me on hold then gets back on the phone
I normally buy most of my food from energy fuel and not complain but today was it. I place an order on Uber eats for basmati rice; salmon and veggie; waited about 47 mins and then my order was cancelled without any notice. If you guys don?t have the product availability you should call you customers and let them know if they would like a replacement. I've never been to the physical location but I've ordered from them maybe 10 times and have never had any problems! In fact, I think this is one of the most unsuspecting gem around here! I frequently order the Chipotle Wrap and my boyfriend orders the Super Protein Wrap with mozzarella cheese. We both equally enjoy the Nutter Butter shake. It?s the best place to order or dine in from when you are eating healthier and possibly did not have enough time to cook. Healthy fast food!

The cashier who also makes the smoothies always has an attitude when I visit. She seems annoyed while taking my order. However, I really like the new girl with glasses; I don’t know her name, but you should consider hiring more people like her! The owner needs to reassess the staff he has.
I wish there was a broader food selection, but I absolutely love their smoothies. They are a bit on the expensive side, but they're worth it. I mainly come here for the smoothies and high-protein juices.
