Engine Room - Tisch reservieren

Went for supper. Order was taken wrong. Screwed up in kitchen, or by waitress. No one admitted to it. Received new order as my wife finished her meal. We both watched each other eat our meals due to the very long length of time it took to fix my entree problem. My wife ordered liver and onions, meal came with 3 scraggly pc's of onion, she asked waitress for more onions, more were brought. Recd bill with an extra charge of 2.69 for onions. Waitress refused to take off bill, I asked to speak to owner (new) he showed up and argued with me about it, spewing various reasons why he would not take this charge off our bill. went for their special of steak and shrimp waited almost twenty minutes to be served no one came near us watched as a least 3 tables of people that came in after us get waited on in minutes after they were seated we asked an employee if someone was waiting this table and were told yes but the place was busy and yes it was but not too busy to wait on the others that arrived after us this is the third time we have been unhappy with the service won't be back and won't be recommending this place to others

Great visiting Truro for the first time in 50 years. The Engine Room was perfect for a lunch. Surprised at some recent reviews as we found the place friendly and service was fast and reliable.

I was terribly disappointed when I went in for my anniversary and then I found out you need to be 19 to get a burger

Went for a nice family meal with kids on Valentine's Day. Great service food and value. Highly recommended.
