Went there for a family birthday party, the waitress we had was the absolute worse!! Her outfit was so short, Definitely not appropriate for a family restaurant. Waited an hour and a half to place our orders. Kept on asking for things, her excuse was she is the only one working (which was not the truth in the end. 4 couples after us were served before we even got the menus. After we ordered, she didn 't even take our menus, didn 't provide bread (we had to ask). Waited 45 mins for coffee. Had to ask her several times for the bill, I finally had enough and had to ask for the bill in front of the manager. The worse for me was when she handed me the debit/credit card machine to pay, she had pre...
What a fantastic venue! I celebrated my birthday at Monza Promenades Saint Bruno on November 18, 2023, with a surprise party for around 35 guests. We were seated on the mezzanine, which offered an excellent view of the entire restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was outstanding! We arrived just before 6 PM and stayed until closing. Everyone had a great time, and for many of us, it was our first experience at Monza. Several of us even talked about coming back soon. A big thank you to Maghda (the manager) for her warm welcome, and to Eric and his team for the excellent service!
The good was good but the service was terrible. It took about 30 mins for them to take our order. Then after we finished eating, another 30 mins for them to come back to check on us. We wanted dessert, but too tired of waiting at that point and just got the bill
A great place to go for pasta and pizza. Went two times so far. Both times ordered different pizza and pasta. Both times tasty. Love that it’s thin crust pizza. And our daughter likes her child sized pepperoni Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
