We have eaten fancy lunches every day while skiing Zermatt for a week, our absolute favorite was Enzian. The staff was so welcoming, the custom drinks were yummy, and the food could not have been better! We feel we found a “hidden gem” on the mountain that would recommend to anyone! Highly recommend the chicken “burger” the quiche! Additionally, they were the only restaurant on the mountain who compared our IDs to our Covid cards and we felt very “Covid-safe” there. Definitely on our return list!
Alle Gerichte werden mit viel Liebe zubereitet, delikat gewürzt und wunderschön präsentiert. Top Küche! Auch die hausgemachten Kuchen sind sehr zu empfehlen. On top gibt es eine großartige Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf das Matterhorn von der rustikalen, gemütlichen Sonnenterrasse aus. Tolle Atmosphäre, nicht zuletzt wegen des freundlichen Servicepersonals. Absolute Empfehlung!
I made last minute plans at Enzian and was Lucky to get in. Make your reservation before you go! Enzian has some of the best food on the mountain and the service was impeccable. The menu features Swiss specialities with a gourmet twist and they have daily food an drink specials. Food at Enzian was one of the BEST meals we had in Zermatt, and I highly recommend eating there.
10/10 Enzian is an absolute gem in the Sunnegga/Findeln area of Zermatt, highly recommend it. Fresh delicious food, great outside terrace facing the Matterhorn, very friendly staff and fantastic service you will be thoroughly looked after. Beautiful view, amazing food! Spent the whole day skiing, ended up here after a run and we were not disappointed. Everyone was extremely friendly, food and drinks were excellent all with a beautiful view of Matterhorn! If you are spending the day in Zermatt, definitely make a reservation and stop by here!
As a family of six, we had a lovely, tasteful, and very enjoyable late-lunch after skiing for 4-5 hours at Zermatt. The service was friendly; all dishes were explained in detail and with smiling faces. Reservations are recommended as this is a small restaurant.
This is a fantastic small restaurant in the Swiss alps Zermatt. Small but very good menu. Also good for vegetarians. Fantastic food and good wine. The service is very happy and personal.
