first of all, trois rivieres is a city that comes here! never expected! they have this nashville like the city street with all bars, restaurants and music. then they have these big walks, waterfront, old buildings, etc. cool, damn! epi is out of the charts. Michelin-Level-Koch, young and inventive, supported by a top flight crew. go to the tasting menu where they get four dishes. it will blow up her mind and is not expensive at all. every time the cook came out and explained the dish and it was fabulous! also delicious beer and wonderful wine. we had to get out when we had so much fun. go there and enjoy them! all toronto should go to quebec and everyone should go to Epi!p
Dinner before the circus show on Saturday night. more than disappointing. the second dish served 45 minutes after the first, cold and with the absent sauce in some cases. At 0750, we had to leave without coffee or dessert because the other service started at 8am, while we had waited so long without it being our fault. lack of staff or I don't know too much, but neither flavors, service, nor quality were there. We'll never go back to the restaurant that had a good reputation for me.
I had a delightful evening at this charming little bistro! The dishes are crafted with fresh, local ingredients, all beautifully presented and delicious. I can’t stop thinking about the zucchini donuts and the black cod! Our server was excellent and offered great recommendations. They have a nice selection of wines available by the glass, and the menu changes with the seasons. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!
The service unfortunately declined throughout the evening. Our order consisted of several appetizers and main dishes served in two rounds. The first round was incredibly quick, but the second round seemed to be forgotten; we waited for 45 minutes, and it was frustrating to see that others who arrived after us were served more quickly. a beautiful little gem in Trois-Rivières that tickles all the boxes: delicious food, nice selection of alcohols, excellent service and warm atmosphere. I'll definitely be back!
Our experience last night was a revelation! a quality of exceptional dishes and extraordinary flavors. in addition to an excellent warm service. This is our new favorite place!
