Epi Gaulois la Souterraine

I live a few miles from La Souterraine and decided out of the blue to pull into this boulangerie for a coffee and croissant. Only then did I discover the free wi-fi which is notoriously difficult to pick up in the villages. Coffee is always superb and the ever friendly assistants are now familiar with my frequent visit and always greet with a warm and friendly hello. The bread is a little more expensive than the local Leclerc or Carrefour but well worth paying the extra, I always go for the pain flute a little more filling than a bog standard baguette. great pastries and a nice place to sit and relax with a coffee or even a beer now! The fresh sandwiches are just that...lovely and fresh.

Accueil super, pain viennoiserie bonne, prix raisonnable, servi rapidement, ouvert tout le jour c est un gros plus..
