a good gastronomic proposal with only one year of shooting, perhaps the rate of service is still improved. more than 4 hours to try the most complete gas tot menu is too long and reveals the great work done in its creation and elaboration. it does not allow to live the full experience and the dinner thus becomes the tasting of individual dishes, losing globality, everything.
a lot of creativity and research in all dishes! Bravo deserves a michelin star. the only dish, a slow service particularly in the last dishes. to be recommended absolutely, we will talk about it around us!
