The Best Pad Thai... seriously. Had my first Pad Thai from Eric`s many years ago and it was fantastic! Since then I`ve tasted many others from Brisbane South restaurants but none come even close to Eric`s. It even looks different. It`s colourful and fragrant and the taste is unique spicy and full of flavour. The Mee Goreng and Beijing Noodles are also worth a try. They`ve expanded into Chinese meals. But I haven`t tried them because I stick with their forte – noodles. The portions are generous, the quality is consistent and the price equals great value. Our group are weeklies at Eric and Aimies Noodles. We have been going to Erics for years and have spread the word to other and they all love the food. Our favourites are Curried Prawns, Lemon Chicken, BBQ Pork(with extra chilli), Gado Gado and Vietnamese Salad. Aimie is amazing, remembers everyone and their choices, is always happy. Local Favourite. We've been coming here since day 1 and the food has always been great. Only issue I found they didn't have their menu online so I helped them out last night by posting it on here for others to enjoy. Keep up the good work and hope you'll be around for a long time to come.
Local Gem. Wonderful little local place. By far the best noodle place in the Rochedale and Springwood area. Always very satisfied, lovely people and great food. You'll be feeling very full after coming here. I recommend the Satay Chicken or the Thai Green Curry.

After reading excellent reviews on this little gem we decided to give them a go and wasn't disappointed at all. Ordered fried rice, sweet n Sour pork and garlic chicken. Would definitely return and recommend.
Easily the best noodles I've had in Australia. And as good as I remember from Asia, Canada, the US and NZ. Well done Eric. Just wish you would open more outlets or teach someone else to cook like this!
Get your noodles here. This is a great place to eat! All of their dishes are delicious and its not super expensive. I would definitely recommend Erics to anyone.

Great prices, great meals. Sweet chicken Malay is my favorite. Not so great for dining in but takeaway are nice and quick.
