The décor is mostly dark, with black-painted features and walls adorned with some sort of glittery black paint, complemented by black shutters on the windows. However, the food was delightful, with flavorful accompaniments that perfectly complemented our starters. We especially loved the salads, which were topped with pomegranate seeds and walnuts. Starving, we devoured the delicious pizza-like bread rather quickly, but our excellent server was kind enough to bring us more. They are definitely trying to bring some elegance to the area here. Your on the high street to need torso somewhere else so get a cab or short walk further down the road there is a car park. This is a small restaurant and they do try there best but it can be tight. Nice clean toilets considering how busy it was that night. Food came at a reasonable time from ordering to delivering the select food. I ordered the Haley kabab, I was a little dissatisfied with as it was oily and a good combination when drinking fizzy drinks. When I politely asked if we could substitute the bulgar and salad for mashed potatoes, I was told that no substitutions were allowed. They did say they could remove those items, but I would still have to pay for a side of mashed potatoes. For me, it's not about the cost, but the principle of the situation—it felt a bit frustrating, to be honest. I can't fault the food; it was excellent as usual. However, our bill went from about £100 for two to £135 due to the price increases. While I can accept the rise in prices, the customer service experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Honestly, I don't believe we'll be returning for a while, which is a shame.
I may be bias as one of the djs for this fantastic venue, so the music is great, lol! In honesty the staff are amazing, from the hostess to all the waiters bar staff and Chefs. They are a real team that work hard! The food is always amazing and there’s always lots of it! The mix of meats is gorgeous cooked perfectly and the desserts are to die for, if you can fit one in! Attitude from waitress Starter was given, as soon as we finished the plates were collected and main was put down with no space between meals. This is not acceptable. Felt that we were rushed to eat and leave. Waitresses stand near your table which is quite off putting when you want to converse privately. Such a shame as the food was lovely but definitely wouldn’t go back there unfortunately.
I really enjoyed the food here, well flavoured, extensive menu, decent prices, attnetive staff and sleek decor. Ill be back !
Been to their bottomless brunch a few times and absolutely loved it. The food, cocktails and staff are all amazing!
