El local está dividido en dos zonas, una cubierta y otra descubierta que cuenta con sombrillas, por desgracia, nos tocó la descubierta que es bastante calurosa, pero aún así el servicio del lugar hizo que la experiencia fuese igual de gratificante (mejor reservar con tiempo! ¿La comida? Cosas excelentes y otras no tanto. Solo probamos un entrante, una tostada de sobrasada con queso de cabra y compota de higos que pasó completamente desapercibida, sabrosa por la calidad del producto, pero la combinación no me pareció la más adecuada. The food was amazing. We ordered octopus and lobster. The problem was the service at the end of the meal. When we have finished the main course the service declined. When I had raised my concern, the young blond server told me: you are on vacation! Relax….That was very unfortunate as it ruined the entire experience. I had addressed the issue twice after that and didn’t seamed anything was done or followed up from the restaurant side. The excuse was that the restaurant was full… thus the bad service… The Reputation of the place not always match the expectations.
We loved to order leftover and higo toasts and egg-egg-eating, it is an exquisite dish served in two times the vanilla served in a paellera with fries will serve you on the dish making a tower, let the rest rest rest rest and when it has released the juices you fried the eggs and they serve you again, it is delicious, we enjoyed manyimo the flavors. We asked for a cheese dessert that was very good. the site is nice, beautiful views friendly and agile waiters, you pay but the ratio quality price is worth it. I totally recommend it.
We really didn't expect to find such an excellent restaurant here in Es Calo. The service was very nice and sincere. The food was certainly worth the Michelin recommendation. On top, the view was amazing. It's definitely worth the detour.

Stunning views at dinner we were there at sunset, and an unforgettable plate of Bullit de peix. The arroz that followed the fish stew was yummy, albeit on the salty side. Sadly we did not have space left for dessert, come hungry!
Para nosotros el mejor restaurante de Formentera. Las vistas son increíbles y el restaurante perfecto. La comida está espectacular con muy buenos arroces.

Los chipirones buenísimo y la fideuá de marisco espectacular, yo creo que es la que mejor he probado nunca.Las vistas increíbles.
