Great restaurant in the small town of Pubol. Went with a friend based on her recommendation and it did not disappoint, good product and good preparation. We ordered different dishes to make a pica-pica type, what I liked the most was the pularda cannelloni and the tomato and tuna salad, the Sashimi could be improved, I needed more salmon. As for desserts, we ordered the lemon and fruit millefeuille, very good for me, maybe too citrusy but very good. Also notable are the rice dishes, to be repeated without hesitation. Thank you!
Feia temps que no gaudíem tant: el menjar, el servei i l'espai, tot fabulós. Vam fer un menú i carta. El producte és de qualitat i cuinat amb tècnica. Els plats transmeten el bon gust del/de la xef, sap combinar textures, gustos i colors. I la persona que ens va servir, un 10 també, educada, propera, sense envair l'espai ni atabalar i coneixedora dels plats. Hi tornarem segur perquè ens van quedar uns quants plats pendents de tastar. El bunyol de bacallà: espectacular!
Pasamos por delante de casualidad, y qué bien hicimos en preguntar si había mesa! Quedaban solo un par de mesas libres en la terraza, así que es recomendable reservar. Estaba todo buenísimo, en especial el arroz, de alcachofa y costilla de cerdo, de los mejores que he probado nunca. Los postres también buenísimos. Atención de diez, muy amables y pendientes de todo. 100% recomendable!
Hemos sido dos comiendo. Queríamos comer arroz pero quedarnos ligeritas. No era mi primera vez y nunca defrauda, pero esta vez con sobresaliente. El personal es super amable y la comida… deliciosa. Arroz en un punto extraordinario con un producto excelente. ¡Nos ha encantado! Hasta la próxima y gracias a És Carxofa!

The food was incredible and both the service and the place were very pleasant. The specialty is rice but from the croquettes to the desserts everything is very good. We were inside and it was great, they have a very nice terrace in the square. Reservation recommended. Service: Dine in

Hem fet el menú tast i tot era molt bo. L'espai, cuidat i ambient agradable. El servei, de 10. Menció especial al fil musical, que semblava fet a mida per a nosaltres . 100% recomanable en tots els sentits. Repetirem! Bona feina!
