We stayed at the Dax hotel for a week and ate lunch and dinner at their restaurant, Escale sur Adour, 5 out of the 7 days. The chef Cedric really did a fantastic job. Not only did he adjust all my meals, making them vegetarian friendly ; but he also is very health oriented. He cooks with lots of vegetables and healthy carbohydate options like oats and barley. If healthy is not what you are looking for, order the burger with fries, my partner was very happy. The restaurant has a nice selection of wine, we really enjoyed the Chateau de L'Hospital. The view is also nice, it overlooks a little river.
Between flat very well .. Dessert not good without taste.. We are not even offered the wine card only if we want red or white rose.. The dirty dicks... And the glasses look before drinking .. Virginie mojito ....PAS BON DU ALL
Mermaid mooring salad, tuna tartar and very good calf ris. Average service. It is better to be on board as a curist than to visit customers.. Too bad we're not coming back.
Excellent reception, smiling staff and listening. Mixed, well-prepared and well-presented meals. Very beautiful frame. I recommend dacquois in particular.
