very good school but unfortunately some pseudo professors prevalent of their kinship with the board of the institution offer a humiliating, vulgar, mediocre, and of little class treatment to the students. the Basque government should look at the behavior of these people and heal them according to the seriousness of the case, there are witnesses left to the whole school.
Excellent service until the year after the pandemic (2021-22). Endless queues like a ranch, a slight increase in prices this year and a constant shortage of cutlery (spoons are constantly missing). The quality of the dishes has also decreased. A shame.

A luxury at all levels, quality, preparation and service. There are no words to put an adjective. The students are impressive, with Michelin stars, and the teachers advise from a distance. The price, very low for being a teaching center. Excellent.
