We 're from South Florida, recently moved to Richmond and came to take a look at Virginia Beach. We stumbled upon this cool, hip spot and let me just say... it 's a winner from beginning to end. Our waiter 'KC ' was super nice, very accommodating. We ordered the chorizo flatbread for an appetizer and you literally tasted every ingredient (sooo good). Our kids had tenders and a grilled cheese (not your average kids meal-so good). My husband and I ordered the pork chop meal and OMG flavor bomb in your mouth. This dish is beyond amazing and I 'm not even a pork chop fan . The sweet potatoes were diced and the brussel sprouts were shredded- wouldn 't have it any other way. Everything tastes home...
in any case a top 5 restaurant in the 7-Cities. it is clear that they take care of eating. everything is exquisite. the court with a curry/coconut reis reef is the second best one I ever had (1st was in paris.) I went back a week later and had the pork. the nuts and sweet potatoes were incredible. a perfect addition to the well-cooked black buckle. drinks are fantastic and a great beer selection.
the experience of this restaurant was amazing. the personal was so friendly and accommodating. it wasn't packed when I arrived, so I sat right away. they also have outside seats. everything that comes from natural sources or from their garden, outside of which I think is amazingly beautiful. you can book a seat or walk. when I am back in virginia beach, I will definitely eat in this restaurant.
our favorite place with our favorites. we're almost coming here the week. eating is always good and consistent. the service is amazing tory, kaitlin, and g to name a few, really make them loved and home. they will not regret a meal, a date night or family dinner here. seriously we go here almost once a week and it is always worth it. thanks to ESO team! continue. Esoteric is very good. They even have their own garden. So, depending on the season, various veggies herbs and lettuce will be straight out of the ground! I had a Cubano which was fantastic, nice juicy pork on crispy sourdough. Only 4 stars because a little surprised there wasn't more seafood choices seeing it's at the beach.
I had a fantastic time here! I will be back and recommend to everyone! the cocktails are very well thought out. our bartender, dred (I think) made her perfection. he also offered the best service. the food was on another level. Pray the cook safe. if they want a great all-round experience; go here.
Everything is to love here. Fresh. Flavorful. Original. Unhurried.On a gorgeous day, the outdoor dining is unquestionably my favorite in Virginia Beach: spacious, sunny, gorgeous garden plantings—many of which provide ingredients for the proffered fare.
