I have come from Spain for 2 days and I chose this restaurant for one of them, and without a doubt it was the best of the trip. Food and its associated stories of magnificent design and preparation are something very different from what we are used to. The spectacular treatment from the room manager, who explained all the details in your own language, warmth, closeness, great quality, you can see effort and passion. More than worthy of being in the Michelin guide. And all this with an unbeatable price-quality ratio, a sign of great generosity and customer orientation. Congratulations to the family, I wish you many recognitions.
We had dinner in this beautiful, somewhat hidden restaurant 4 times at intervals and tried different menus. The food was consistently of exquisite quality, the extensive wine list was excellent and the service (multilingual! was excellent. The food is cooked to a very high standard, so it is surprising that the restaurant is not listed in the Michelin guide, as it actually deserves a Michelin star. I loved the experience. Author food restaurant, a type of restaurant that was missing in Braga. It has 3 tasting menus, which, according to what was explained to us, change every 2 months. We chose the 5 course menu plus the wine menu. I can say that everything was excellent, the atmosphere in the restaurant was peaceful and the attention given was exceptional. To be repeated for sure!
