Esposito's was the perfect decision for a rainy weekend night. My boyfriend and I ordered the fried calarmi to start and the calarmi was cooked perfectly. Lightly battered but still crispy and not chewy. I ordered the chicken saltimbocca which was really good. The wine sauce had amazing flavor. My boyfriend ordered the spicy arrabbiata with penne and this is the reason I had to give it four stars. He didn't like how garlicky the sauce tasted but I'm a garlic girl and I loved it!!
To say that I was more than satisfied would not do it justice. The service and care for customers are top notch! The pizza really threw me for a loop I do pizza crawls all over NJ, and Espositos really delivered. I tried the Brooklyn, the Sicilian, the Margarita and had to have two mushroom slices; it is my new favorite! Highly recommend the pizza. Now, to order a pie for dinner! Great job!! Food: 5
