Oh god what to say. Organica has just continually gone downhill in service and food quality. The only thing that's gone up are the prices. The menu is changed and has nice pictures that look nothing like what you get and I noticed multiple grammar and spelling mistakes. The staff didn't know some of the pizza names and explained they were new, so apparently ham and pineapple is new. This place is trying very hard to be something it's not and should just go back to the roots of a small local cafe. Service was slow and understaffed. There seemed to be no leadership like mangers or supervisors, everyone was running around and bells ringing incessantly.
