I went back to eat at Jean-Marc this weekend...It's every time a real CULINARY EXPERIENCE!! First, the reception, warm, sober...and then the festival starts! the feast of eyes! Artworks in the plate, already we feast!!! And then... flavors, textures... an explosion in the mouth!!! The map changes according to seasons, arrivals..tout is organic (or almost) and especially LOCAL! What's important to me, "actress." Gourmande, gourmet, this crêperie is for me the best of all I've ever known....Go urgent!!! a big thank you to Jean Marc to share his passion and creativity with so much generosity!!
For our first visit to this crêperie, we were not disappointed. A team of enthusiasts who honor the Brussels gastronomy. It is actually a gourmet establishment with the basic theme of the crêpe. Very quickly we discover that the mural representing Pascal Jaouen's embroidery, is not there by chance, as our brodeur while respecting tradition, the dishes are revised and sublimated. O finds the originality and the finesse of taste but the choice of the galettes is limited and the price starts at 17 € ! The very elaborate preparation is flattering but it is not sure that it serves the sarrasin taste. Even notice for crêpes whose price stands uniformly at 13, 50€. I don't know if we're in the Saracen spirit, but we're at least far from tradition. A good experience, of course, but only well-stocked scholarships can be renewed. i

We really enjoyed our evening in the Sarrasin Spirit crêpery that doesn't have to rogue in front of the gastronomic restaurants. The reception, the setting and the kitchen is perfect! We loved the originality of the menus that were offered to us. To devour eyes and taste with greed. We recommend this crêperie held by a friendly couple.
The owner of a Parisian crêperie told me great good of the Sarrazin Spirit and I was not disappointed! Everything is delicious, neat, selected products of high quality and charming owners! I strongly recommend this restaurant including for families with children because the child menu is perfect.
