It’s a shame, because we had a nice lunch and it is very convenient to ski school. But, the staff was incredibly rude. I was there alone with my daughter with a disability. Our airline called about our missing bag, so I had to pick up. While I was dealing with that, I did not see that my daughter was making a heart with her hands and touching the window because she saw her father outside. Rather than coming to the table and asking not to touch the window, she began to scold my daughter, asking her if she know how long it takes her to clean those windows each morning. Wir haben hier an Silvester zu Mittag gegessen. Es dauerte zwei Stunden, bis wir zu dritt ein Hauptgericht und eine Kugel Eis hatten. Es gab einen Mann, der die ganze Arbeit erledigte (Bestellungen entgegennehmen, Geschirr abräumen und Zahlungen entgegennehmen), während alle anderen Mitarbeiter beschäftigt wirkten und nicht viel beitrugen. Der schlechteste Service, den ich je in Verbier erlebt habe.
I really can not understand all the negative reviews We wanted to eat at 4 o’clock difficult in Verbier The owner from Normandy was charming and she had fresh scallops with cep risotto , we started with fois gras maison delish and ended with tarte tartin washeddown with 2 bottles of Macon blanc , not too dear at 65 chf Superb views of the golf and mountains in autumn colours , a super experience
