Estiatorio Milos Hudson Yards

My partner and I arrived late into New York, staying just across the street at the Equinox Hotel, hoping for a relaxed dinner at Milos (Hudson Yards). We secured a 9 PM reservation — advice: don’t. By 9:40 they cut the music. By 10 they were clearly ready to shut down. Service dropped off sharply. We ordered from the market selection: whole Dover sole, tomato salad, grilled vegetables, and halloumi with mint yogurt (for two). The food was excellent — fresh fish, crisp vegetables, creamy halloumi — in the way I’ve come to expect from Milos (we’ve visited their Miami and Vegas outposts).
