This is the most disappointing restaurant experience I've ever had. The service was terrible, the food was unappetizing, and the prices were outrageously high. I went there with friends to enjoy some sushi, and we were given an iPad menu with prices that were already exorbitant. Despite the high prices, we decided to order sushi. We dined at this restaurant recently and found the experience quite disappointing. The food was average, with some dishes tasting a bit sour, although the vegetables had a nice crunch to them. Unfortunately, our meal took a turn for the worse when we ordered an Udon soup about 20 minutes before we had to leave. It took more than 40 minutes for them to serve us just one soup, even though they were about to close! We asked multiple times about our order, but the waitstaff seemed to be avoiding our table altogether. I had the worst dating experience of my life at this restaurant. We had to wait an eternity for our food to arrive. When the dishes finally did come out, I was left waiting while my date enjoyed theirs for 20 to 30 minutes. Eventually, I had to go up and ask them to cancel my order. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide me with everything I had paid for. It was a terrible experience overall. I would give it zero stars if that were an option.
Haven't bought there in a long time but decided to go for special occasion they have the best food around and the service was unbelievably quick even though every single seat in the restaurant was taken and there was a line waiting there was one waitress that the only time I saw her was when she stopped to put a plate down on the table otherwise she whizzed by
The food is unbelievably amazing I cant even describe it, every single time too! We actually ended up overstaying as we didnt realize what time they closed and they were so polite when we realized lolTruthfully though, the food was absolutely amazing, def the place to go if you want to have your mind blown (especially the Portobello steak)
This used to be my favorite restaurant, but the quality of food and service has seriously declined. The final straw for me was when they charged extra for using a credit card on a $200 order! It felt like a complete slap in the face. This is not how any customer should be treated.
