We went to EVOO for the first time for Father’s Day supper and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. Our server was so friendly and helpful and quickly accommodated us as we brought in our highchair for our baby. The pizzas were an amazing deal until 6 PM of buy one get one free, with the option for takeout. Wine, meatballs, gnocchi, pizza, and tiramisu were all so delicious. There was an issue with one of the pizzas that was brought out and it was handled so swiftly, which was very impressive. Calm, dimly lit atmosphere was relaxing and not at all loud and abrasive like other places. I only wish I could have tried more from the menu! We will definitely be back.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Evoo! Out for a birthday supper and my friends and I were clutching our pearl necklaces (so to speak) after hearing rumors about the vegan options. Upon inquiry a second menu was issued to us and we were overjoyed! The options were simple and exquisite! So very much appreciated and absolutely tantalizing! I would very much recommend, for veg heads and omnivores alike! The chef was even so kind to whip up a delicate dessert. I loved the visit and look forward to going again!
Went with my 6 yr old son and husband. My husband is vegan and was impressed by the vegan menu options. He had the tomato and beet soup and Mediterranean pizza. Both were delicious! Nice that a kids menu is available and they will make substitutions with no issue. I had the burger and it was amazing! Lovely atmosphere, great service. One of the best restaurants downtown. Hands down the most inclusive. We will be definitely be back.
The food and service here was so great, I went three times while in St. John’s! Loved the gluten-free pizza with dairy-free cashew cheese (not many places do that! plus between 5 and 6 the pizzas are 2 for 1. Brian was a fantastic server who remembered my favourite drink when I returned and even though the kitchen was closed when I came in late one night, they still whipped up the gluten-free calamari.

We live a whole food plant based lifestyle, their vegan menu was amazing! Our server, Ryan from the bar was fantastic and made us feel very comfortable with our request of no oil. He spoke with the chef who offered some suggestions to keep our pizzas from drying out. Great experience, we will be back to tackle some more off that menu! Superb!
Just tried the Beyond Meat burger (first time having that burger, and first time visiting EVOO actually , and was it ever freakin' delicious! Even my very non vegan mother loved it! And the dessert was amazing as well. Great staff, awesome food I see many many more visits in my future. :
It’s amazing to see somewhere in Newfoundland have so many vegan options (a full separate menu!!! and it’s also amazing that these options are absolutely delicious. 10/10 will be back (like maybe tomorrow . I seriously had a slice of pizza in each hand at one point. Pure excitement.
We've been looking for a nice dining option for vegan food, and we've finally found it. The food was amazing, and had new flavours that we loved. The atmosphere was also great not too bright/loud. Love your cashew cheese!

Went for a convocation celebration. The food was incredible! Everyone at our table was raving about their meals afterwards. The staff was great, super friendly and fun too! Will definitely be back.
