Without a doubt a magnificent restaurant. Absolutely all the dishes were spectacular. From the starters to the dessert, through each of the individual dishes, it has been perfect. The service is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu to perfection, dishes not on the menu and very good training when it comes to advising (both food and drink). They also serve quickly and take care of your table. In terms of price-quality ratio, it seems to me to be the top of Murcia. It is true that it may seem somewhat expensive, but I paid (as did the other people at the table) a little more than €50 and I left delighted (also including very good quality wines). We had several tapas, an enormous salad with tuna and anchovy, and pork in phyllo with a sherry reduction sauce. Every item featured the highest quality ingredients, was impeccably plated, and served by friendly and efficient waiters. I recommend Extremeño to anyone visiting the area.
Second time we've gone once sitting at the bar without being served, and seeing how the waiter serves other people who arrive later. The service from said waiter who, by the way, was the same both times!
