We live in half-time near Eze Bord de Mer. Fabrik has become our favourite place for the quality of service and excellent cuisine. The staff is incredibly friendly and convenient and the leader is always very good. They even tolerate me because I just learned French in their relaxed and comfortable setting in Beaulieu sur Mer. Thank you for being so pleasantly bilingual and for helping me progress faster in learning French. We've always been happy to have made the decision to go. Just excellent! The whole atmosphere is inviting. The boss is a really cool guy who really knows about gastronomy. It's fun when he explains the daily card. Great! An incredible decor, a smiling staff, always looking, they know what they're talking about in every detail. Let's talk about the kitchen: an open workspace where you see what you eat and how to be prepared, by really paved cooks. The Argentine meat is extraordinary, the truffle purée is magical, and the brioche path has just lost delicious bread... Prices are really consistent with what you eat. Go find out it's great.
