Some days the drinks taste better than other days. The same drink can taste completely different depending who’s making it. Also, some days the boba can be a different color like pink or the regular color and they “don’t know” when a certain color boba will be in stock. Inconsistent which I don’t like. One of the employees shoved his fingers in his mouth to take something out of his teeth and began making drinks. I had the best experience and the worst experience with the same item. Also, none of the employees know about the point system. I spent a bunch of money here and barely have any points.
A boba cafe with plenty of tables and seating, 5 Karaoke rooms AND games reminiscent of Dave Buster’s?! I just found my new spot at Factory Tea Bar (in San Gabriel in the SGV) to post up and “work from home” My friends and I experienced the appropriately themed Malibu room (for the curious, other rooms are: Sunset, Glam, Galaxy, Boba) and while some sang their hearts out, I went straight for that Passion Fruit Green Tea Boba Tower with all the toppings Their dessert and finger food options were aplenty as well!
I had a Really good time for a few hours until I saw a Large Rat calmly and casually walk out of a vent in front of me Last Night! Check the vent at the top of the Pokémon Wall it has fur inside. Look behind the long bench and the little table with the lamps on it, rat droppings. I wish I got a picture I was just so disgusted I left. Rats have to been a living space for a while to get comfortable being around loud humans.
Gaming area needs some work. Flooring needs to be painted and cleaned...private karaoke room entrance was flooded and no one wanted to mop it...just through down a piece of cardboard. Gaming cards only work for a few of the games so we ended up wasting them and buying tokens. Was a very disappointing birthday party for my niece.
A recommended boba shop for late-night cravings. The staff was welcoming and attentive. They offered helpful suggestions when needed. The background music was at a comfortable level, allowing you to chat with friends while still enjoying the tunes.
I went in for the limited Gura-themed Boba, but it was much better than expected (I wish had more). Perfectly balanced in sweetness (I have a bit of a sweet tooth though). Next time I'm in the area, I'll be visiting to try their regular menu
It opens late. Prices are fair. Environment is good. Food and drink is not bad. It worths a five star
Great tea here and lots of fun activities you can do here. It's chill here and they open late.
