He came back after about 10 minutes to order. we placed a chicken pasta plate and a fisherman's player. we waited for over 1/2 an hour and he then informed us due to a large group the kitchen is backed up. we eventually got our food which was excellent but he should have told us that there might be a delay because if the large group. We arrived around 5 PM after a long day at the beach and went to our room to shower before dinner, only to find there was no hot water—nothing but cold water, in fact. The ocean felt warmer! I informed the hostess/receptionist, who promised to notify the manager, but I never heard back from anyone. The water was still cold the following morning. When we left, I spoke with another guest in the parking lot who had the same issue. I emailed the Inn the next day but didn't receive a reply. There was no repair made, no response from the staff, and no resolution to the problem. My next step will be to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. I strongly advise against staying here.
We had a wonderful time during our visit and look forward to returning in the future. The room was spotless and inviting, and the view was breathtaking! We chose to take some food to a friend's house nearby, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The only reason I gave the service a four-star rating instead of five is that our chowder was overlooked. Thankfully, we weren't too far away, so my husband was able to drive back to retrieve it. Thank you for your warm hospitality—we really appreciated our stay! Rooms: 5
The Fairview offers a stunning oceanfront view, which makes it hard to focus on anything else. However, the food was quite good. The scallops were fresh and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed to sit on the terrace, even though four tables remained empty throughout our time there. Additionally, the dining room was quite noisy; I would recommend adding soundproofing to the ceiling.

I recently dined at the restaurant with my parents to reconnect with family friends after several years. The waitress was incredibly thoughtful, giving us plenty of time to catch up while still being readily available when we needed her. The food was exceptional, and we all had a fantastic time! I stopped by on a whim during an unusual time of day. The service was impressive, especially given the large party they were accommodating inside, and the food was excellent. The lovely weather was a bonus, as I was able to relax on the deck and enjoy the sunshine and beautiful view.
Review of the Grill..almost. Did not bother to go to the restaurant for a family celebration because the hostess? on the phone was indifferent and poor service. Will celebrate elsewhere. By the way, look at tripadvisor for reviews on the hotel.
Just had a great meal at the Fairview Inn, Brant Rock with maybe the best, sweetest fried clams I've ever had. My husband had the broiled scallops and they were cooked perfectly. Everything was fresh and delicious. We'll be back!

I visited the restaurant and ordered the tomato basil soup along with the Greek salad. Both dishes were incredibly tasty! The service was outstanding, too!
