I ate falafel again today at the autumn market at the Molfsee Open-Air Museum, and I was thrilled again. Two years ago, they were still on the original falafel bike, but today, the young, cheerful colleagues are located in a modern, chic wooden hut on the grounds. The freshly prepared falafel combined with fresh vegetables, optional cilantro, and the delicious sauce are a culinary delight that I look forward to every year! It's worth trying!!! Thank you for being there for the museum guests and me today, unlike some other exhibitors, despite the bad weather!
Unglaublich leckere, frisch zubereitete Falafel mit perfekter Würzung. Absolut empfehlenswert, egal ob zum Mittagessen auf dem Markt oder beim Bummeln über den Flohmarkt. Besonders toll ist, dass das Essen klimaneutral mit Lastenrädern durch die Stadt geliefert wird – das i-Tüpfelchen auf dem (veganen) Genuss. Spitzenklasse!
