I have been a patient for over 10 years. Dr. Lowne is great and I will continue to see him when he moves. This office has gone down hill. When you call you are on hold for 15 20 minutes and when get a live person, they are not physically in the office. Once you finally talk to someone in the office to express a serious medical concern you have...you are told that your doctor has absolutely no appointments before he leaves. Seriously, if I am calling the office there is absolutely something wrong with me. I would not recommend anyone to this office and highly suggest you go elsewhere. Whatever happened to quality patient care?
I never considered writing a review until now, but my husband's doctor moved to Dartmouth Health, and I felt compelled to share my experience. The nurses and staff at this location are incredibly rude and unprofessional—it's honestly the worst service I've ever encountered. I left this place years ago because of their terrible behavior. I would think twice before choosing to go here.
Always impressed with their consistency and dedication to patients. I have been seeing Dr. Lowne for many years, and have also had the fortune of being treated by Sarah Bell, PA-C. These are outstanding clinicians and very devoted professionals. Arlene and Allison in the office and others are gems. They do an outstanding job especially considering the pressure they all work under.
Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. I’ve never been so UNhelped and unimpressed with a practice in all my life no exaggeration! These people are the worst. Calling there is a nightmare also! It’s like being forced to listen to a commercial for 20 mins some d concord hospital advertising plays the whole time. These people don’t consider others.

I am a 70 year old man who has been going to this practice twice a year for physicals for many years. The services provided have always been professional from the Doctor, NP and staff but also caring and attentive.I could go anywhere but remain a loyal patient who drives 25 minutes for appointments.
This is by far the worst place I've ever experienced. The staff doesn't listen to patients, and the nurses are incredibly rude. The doctor is the worst I've ever encountered. My wife and I are definitely going to find a new doctor because we can't put up with the argumentative atmosphere here.
I’ve been going to Family Physicians of Pembroke for many years. My primary care Doc is fantastic and the the staff is very supportive. Their affiliation with Concord Hospital is a plus and I can review my records on the patient portal.
Doctor does not want to hear what is wrong with me. He is always rushing me out the door. Appointments end at 20 minutes no matter what. Does not explain abnormal test results. I am in pain but I am getting no help. I do not recommend.

I love my PA Sarah she's so nice and down to earth. She always finds what is going on with me. If you want someone who can put it in real people words so you can understand. It's definitely her. She so NICE!
Pembroke Family Physicians cancelled my appointment twice without any prior notice.
