Terrible, terrible, bad service. The cashier with an evil short Karen hair style has a matching evil attitude. I just came back and had to share it with you. I got bad vibes from her as soon as I got in. I can say she was happy. I don't know why there was only one person in front of me and none behind me. My son wanted a burger with fries and a drink. I said about the sugar you know. And it's usually another dollar or something. If she had told me that the difference would be 16 cents, I might have changed my mind. So I asked her why she hadn't informed me. She said she couldn't always say that people left the place. I told her it was a good customer service if you did. I guess she'd rather...
Use to catch great customer service I can almost swear I smellAlcohol and have seen as employees drink after hours or on lunch Which is probably why my fries were burnt and I had to my order 3x 2 weeks ago ... get it together management.One of these days m, the fun times will catch up with the upper management/owners
You can really tell when the chefs pour their heart into their cooking! I haven’t been here in years and had forgotten just how fantastic the food is. The service was outstanding as well. I can’t wait to return and sample more of the menu!

Came today for a hamburger with onion rings always comes 10/10. The lady in the register I didn't get her name, but she was super helpful. Every time I come, they hook it with a lot of onion rings!!
