Famous Dave's - Tisch resevieren

Today the service was horrible. Took at least 20 minutes after I was seated and I still had to ask someone to come and take my order. Once I got my food, had to wait another five minutes for the items that were missing. I ordered the fried chicken dinner with white meat and the chicken seamed to be cut in a way that the breast was almost unrecognizable. Just a bad experience all around this time. I’ve gone other times and the food and service were great. The manager Scott that I’ve met there previously is really awesome and has things running smoothly when he’s there.

We sat at our table for about 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us. No one offered water or a sorry your server will be right with you. When we walked out not one employee said goodbye or bothered to realize we were just say. Won’t be back to try again

I used open tables to reserve and was told that I was sitting next to that. they said we were sitting next to that and after 20 minutes I asked how much longer they said they were sorry for forgetting us.

There is no point in getting a reservation. While the food is always good and the service is as well there’s still a long wait. I put my reservation in hours in advance and still had to wait half an hour Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

we waited 30 minutes from the time when we sat to get our appetizers. the waiter has forgotten our drinks.

the size of the food portion was not worth the price! left there hungry would not go back.
