first, when we were there, they did not have our reservation, although I did it on the line and then called to confirm. So we had to wait half an hour for a table. then we ordered drinks and waited another half an hour before our waitress came back for appetizers. so we ordered our meals at the same time. we got our appetizers, but waited an hour 15 for our food. guess what we were past hunger and eating was so because we had to wait so long, they offered free desserts. only one was good and that was the brownie. apfel crispy sucked and so did the banana pudding. we enjoyed our time together, but never went back whole deal sucked.
I will never order from this restaurant again. After calling right when the restaurant opened at 11 o'clock for a 12 o'clock pick up, the order was 50 minutes late. On top of that when I called to check on the order to see why it wasn't ready because I had a friend picking it up, I was hung up on four times. Twice they put me on hold, only never to return and eventually the phone disconnected. When I finally refused to be put on hold and talk to an actual person they were the rudest rudest person ever.
Awesome experience at Famous Dave’s. I went with two buddies of mine and we had the Southern rib tips. Perfectly done! Lori and team was our host and she surely made our night with her amazing smile and excellent service. I even forgot my ear-buds and Lori tracked me down for them.
The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Occasionally, there might be a bit of a wait to get a table or for your meal to arrive, and sometimes the pickup orders aren't quite ready. However, we still enjoy dining here!

Horrible, Famous Dave's has never been this bad. I get it with the staff shortages but the quality of the food is unacceptable. I ordered a Hickory chicken sandwich, the bun was hard, the chicken itself was over cooked.

Famous Dave's! We usually love dining at your restaurant, but this time we found mold on the cornbread you served us! It's usually one of our go-to places, and we're disappointed with this experience.
Best chain BBQ restaurant! I really wish we had a Famous Dave's in Southern Illinois; it's one of the things I miss about not living in Bloomington anymore. Enjoy your meal!

Excellent service, great food, reasonablly priced. We got the family feast, serves 4-6. We are 4 big eaters and had left-overs.
The dining experience was fantastic, and the server was extremely attentive and incredibly friendly.
