Outstanding, as always! It is simply the best quality in the region and isn't even close. The difference between Fancy Sushi Bar and its competitors is that Fancy understands the nuances of what makes sushi great, while its competitors don't. They pay close attention to the ingredients, and the rice is top-notch. We live in Quebec City, and whenever we want great sushi, we trek to Levis for it because it is that much better. The owners and staff are super friendly, and it is pretty evident that they love their craft. We cannot recommend it enough.
The best of the best for me as I like its taste to real sushi. All the seafood that offer are fresh and high quality. The menu is varied. I brought in with me friends and family members who typically are not real sushi enthusiast but they came back with others for celebrating birthday occasions... This place not only offers to its clients with real sushi; the owners take great pride of their creations. We will simply appreciate it. We will come back here when We have our crave for sushi! This is the place.
We typically drive through this region from the east coast visiting family. After miles of terrible food along the way, this place was an oasis. Great food, super service and the price was right. Looking forward to going back!!

It's the best sushi I've ever had for a very good price. The fish and the seafood is really fresh, no need for soy sauce.
