We decided to dine at Fantasy Cuisine after seeing it mentioned in the Michelin Guide. Overall, our experience was pleasant. The interior was lovely and the tables were nicely spaced. Our waitress was friendly and helpful, providing us with good suggestions. My favorite dish was the cucumber with garlic sauce that we had as an appetizer; it was delicious. However, some of the other dishes were not as satisfying. Our main dishes were good but not particularly memorable. The prices were reasonable and the meat was cooked well, but nothing stood out. The restaurant serves excellent Szechuan, Cantonese, Shanghainese, and Taiwanese dishes. The food was consistently fresh and tasty, with generous portions of crab roe on soup dumplings. The bubble tea was also freshly made. Despite some negative reviews, the food was really delicious and I almost missed out on it. The people in this area do not realize how lucky they are to have such good food available. I have consistently found authentic Asian food options in Westchester, saving me the trip to Queens, Brooklyn, or Chinatown. The service at the restaurant was also great.
I had lunch yesterday with my mother. I had the shredded pork with garlic and she the sesame chicken. Both were the best Chinesedishes we've had in this area by far. All I can say about the pork is that it has a very rich taste with lots of subtle flavors. The staff are extremely friendly. I didn't want soup, so they gave me a couple of extra dumplings I will say this. Hartsdale/Greenburg need to get their act together as far as making the area business friendly.
This Chinese restaurant in the area is probably the best. It's truly amazing to experience such authentic cuisine. They served us 5 different dishes within 10 minutes of ordering, which felt like magic. The food was hot and fresh, and I will definitely be returning.

Excellent Chinese food. In fact, one of the fancies around. Stop to check their lunch specialties and the list is really great. Interior/outside seat. I had General Tao Chicken and it was delicious.
This place never disappoints! Soup dumplings are awesome.
