I don't frequent Farmer Boys restaurants, but I picked up food via drive thru at the Baldwin Park location. The wait was a little long but the employee at the drive thru window was great. He apologized for the wait and was very attentive. I receivedmy food fast and he also offered condiments. I wanted to leave him a tip BUT didn't have cash and with Covid-19 and all, Ihaven't carried cash in a long time. I didn't like the idea of a tip jar at the window BUT, I do understand that there isn'tanother way to provide drive thru customers this option. Good burger but real bad service. Some guy who said his name was Ever and claimed to be the general manager called me a lair when I questioned my order. He was extremely rude with major attitude. No wonder the other employees demonstrate no form ofpolite customer service. They are just following his lead. I know several others who have bad experiences with this guy Ever whoclaims to be the GM. Wouldn?t recommend this location because of Ever and his bad attitude toward customers. The entire staffneed some serious customer service training.
I'm 6 months pregnant. I had a demand for her burgers, so my man drove us into the near of our house in pomona, but it was closed. we were looking for other open locations. it was only 10:45 and this place said it was open until midnight. we are there at 11 o'clock, and the guy on the car thru said they stopped serving. I wasn't too happy. neither was my man, because he knows how important it is to take care of pregnant women.
my 5 star rating is only for the customer service....they have an employee that is super friendly and truly a pleasure. if i had to rate the food prices, i'd honestly give them a ????. ......the 3 piece fish fries (2) was not good at all, the BBQchicken wrap was only ok, since it set us back $36, we did eat the food, but it was not at all enjoyable. most likely won't bereturning for anything. my 5-star rating is just for customer service....You have a staff member who is super friendly and really a pleasure. if I had to evaluate the food prices, I would tell them honestly.? .the 3 pieces fish fries (2) was not good at all, the bbq chicken sluice was just ok as it put us back $36, we ate that, but it was not pleasant at all. most likely will come back for nothing.
I ordered a combo for and was given old French fries. So I went back to get fresh ones. I had asked to have burger cut in half. Open it up when I got home. The burger appeared to be old too. More than half of bottom bun was missing. I refuse make anothertrip. I love farmer boys for. More in likely will not return to this location. Smh
Asked for a loaded fiery chicken sandwich, was going to get charged for a regular chicken sandwich so I corrected them and wanted the loaded one. Then I get the order, come home only to find out it wasnt the fiery one. On top of that the receipt did not show what I ordered, just the charge. Ridiculous.

Food was tasty. Tasted the hamburger, fresh ingredients nice grill flavor. The chicken crispy sandwich was not crunchy with batter build up. Had nice coating of breadcrumbs on real chicken not processed. Is lil pricey that's the only reason not a 5
