We went to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday last Saturday night. The restaurant was empty, which was nice. However, we were disappointed when we received three incorrect orders and the food was subpar. The steak for our guest of honor was overcooked, the salmon in my husband's order was not prepared as described, and my salad, which I had asked for dressing on the side, was drenched in it. Even my son's meal tasted bad. The bathrooms were messy and there was broken glass on the floor by the bar. After requesting it, we finally had the uneaten overcooked steak removed from our bill, but it still came to $140 after tax, and that wasn't the only thing we had ordered. We had friends join us...
I have dined here for the second time and had made a reservation with a request to not be seated in the middle of the dining room. The hostess confirmed the request, but we ended up waiting 15 minutes before being seated in the center of the room. I didn't make a fuss about it, but I found it amusing. I ordered the salmon croquettes with fried green tomatoes, topped with avocado, feta, and a balsamic reduction. Unfortunately, the croquettes were dry and lacked flavor. However, the fried green tomatoes were delicious, and the sweet potato mash with toasted pecans on the side was also tasty. Overall, my group thought everything was just okay. We have visited this restaurant on three other occasions and decided that this would be our last. Each time we had hoped the service would be better than the last and each time it was worse. The restaurant is constantly understaffed, causing serious shortcomings in the service. Bottomless orders were never filled, food orders were delivered incorrectly and, if you had a need for your server, forget it. The restaurant seems to have certain issues it needs to resolve, one of them being employee retention, since they are always hiring. The food is quite diverse and interesting; too bad the bad experience takes away from enjoying it properly.
service was great. space was clean. good. eier benedikt were stabbed to perfection. ham was good, dear the English muffin instead of the orange honey blossom biscuit. do not misunderstand me, the cookie is big on itself, only not as eggs benedict basic. kartoffels were great, bechamel. soße had a smooth creamy texture and good taste. baked green tomatoes were decent, a bit hard still good. would eat here again.

Most of the food was warm. The grilled cheese was cold. The server offered to have it made again. When it came out the second time it was hardly grilled, the bread was soft and it still wasn’t hot and the cheese was no longer melted. We will try it again. It’s been good. The server and busser were fabulous!
Had brunch with some lady friends and the service was terrible. We ordered unlimited mimosas, and they were very slow with the service and then when we did get our drinks they were wrong. We had to go to the bar multiple times to have them fix our drinks.
The food is really good. The service was great! The restaurant is nicely decorated. The food is pricey but probably normal for the southwest or west since I was visiting from another part of the country
We waited 20 minutes after our reservation for a table. Our food came out incorrectly and it just wasn’t good. A big disappointment as our last time was excellent.
