we went there to a birthday party with dear friends who go quite often there. they commented that the wine cellar is amazing and eating is average. they were not wrong. Unfortunately we had a very bad service that lasted an hour and a half to get our salatstarter. my man and I went to the filet steak that was already cut when it arrived. we were so hungry that we could not complain and maybe wait another hour for a replacement, it was ok quality. only not representative for the cost. others had the black and a carving that were much better value and quality. the winery is the most incredible thing I've ever seen. the personal was kind and quite covered. Die beste Weinkarte der Welt, wirklich? Ja! Im Grunde genommen ist das in Bezug auf Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Auswahl an gereiften Weinen, insbesondere Sauternes, erstaunlich. Und ich liebe gereifte Weine. Wo sonst kann man einen 1955er Domaine de Chevalier für weniger als 200 US-Dollar probieren... oder einen 1917er Coutet für weniger als 500 US-Dollar, ohne das Korkenrisiko einzugehen? Nicht einmal zu Hause! Das Restaurant ist spezialisiert auf Freiland- und Weidemast-Schweine aus eigener Produktion, was einzigartig ist und der Grund dafür, dass sie ein Schweine-Tatar servieren, das erstaunlich gut ist. Toller Ort mit der erstaunlichsten Weinkarte. Geh dort hin, wann immer du kannst!
Wir sind spontan nach einer 5-stündigen Wanderung zum Abendessen dorthin gegangen. Das Essen war ok, der Weinsommelier und der Wein waren großartig, aber der Chef de Service war ein Albtraum. Sie bellte in kurzen Sätzen die Gäste an, mit unpersönlichen Schnellschüssen! Das Schlimmste war, als sie fragte, ob wir die Weißweingläser für unseren über 100 Franken teuren Bordeauxwein behalten wollten! Und versuchte uns sogar zu überzeugen, dass dies üblich sei! Wir fragten, ob sie auch ein Hotel seien. Die Antwort war ja, aber heute Abend sind wir voll ausgebucht. Beleidigende und überhebliche Haltung! Sie muss sich zurückhalten und sich an ihre Rolle erinnern!
Erster Aufenthalt in der Notch. Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer abgelegenen Naturumgebung. Vögel, Berge, Vieh, wow. Das Zimmer ist makellos. Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr bequemes Bett, gut ausgestattete Küche, geräumiges Badezimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Das WLAN funktioniert schnell. Zum Weinen schön. Was für eine Sammlung sie haben. great restaurant, it is now two years, we come here regularly and have found only a few small mistakes that just let us appreciate the place even more. local organic tea, big weeping and enjoying the quiet here, even make a woken more prosperous. as many more released spots. this is a landgasthof that means a farm, so they do not expect a large hotel treatment. will often come back.
We had an excellent time at the Landgasthof Farnsburg. This restaurant serves fresh organic food, all home made and really high quality. They have a gigantic wine cellar which you can visit and pick your wine. The service was outstanding, and they are very attentive...to kids. Dies ist ein Ort, an dem man nach einer entspannten Auszeit die Welt aus einem anderen Blickwinkel betrachten kann. Service, Essen, Natur und Menschen sind absolut fantastisch. Nach dem Kindermenü sollte man das Ei probieren.
